By accessing this portal and participating in competitions or workshops at techFEST'26 (SLIET Longowal), you agree to comply with the official festival regulations outlined below.

1. Eligibility & Identity Verification

Participants must be bona fide students enrolled in a recognized university, college, or polytechnic institution. Valid college identification cards along with government ID must be produced during offline campus reporting.

2. Competition Ethics & Code of Conduct

Plagiarism, intentional interference with opposing robots, safety violations in combat arenas, or unsporting conduct will lead to immediate disqualification. The decisions of the event judges and organizing faculty committee are final and binding.

3. Passes & Registrations

All festival passes, tickets, and competition registrations are non-transferable. Fees paid towards specialized workshops are non-refundable unless an event is officially canceled by the organizing committee.

4. Safety & Liability

Participants operating hardware, high-power drones, or combat robots must adhere to the arena safety protocols. The organizers are not liable for accidental damages incurred to custom machinery during competitions.
